"Easy Financing, No Stress"
Financing was really simple, and I was able to get my wheels ordered without having to pay everything upfront. Who doesn’t appreciate that kind of flexibility? Overall, I’m happy with how it all worked out.

"Had a good feeling with the backorder updates"
My wheels ended up getting put on backorder, which is never fun, but Fitment Industries handled it well. They kept sending updates about the delay, and when I reached out asking for an ETA, they actually got back to me. I never had that gut feeling like I was being ignored or left in the dark, which I really appreciated. Once the wheels came in, everything with the order turned out fine

"Return was a little slow, but it worked out"
I had to return my order, i was starting to wonder, okay, is this refund ever going to show up? It took a few days longer than I was hoping for, which was a bit annoying. But support did respond when I reached out, and in the end the money came back just fine. Not the fastest process, but it all worked out.

I didn’t spend forever comparing, but from the places I checked, this was definitely cheaper than the others. I pretty much assumed I wasn’t going to find a better price after that.

It’s not terrible, and I’m not trying to be overly picky, but I do think it could be better. It works enough for what it is, but there were a few things that felt a little disappointing. Maybe my expectations were just higher, but I feel like there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Not bad, just a little back and forth"
I ended up having to return a set because the fit wasn’t right. Maybe I should’ve double-checked the sizing more carefully, so that might be partly on me. Starting the return was easy, but the replies were a little slow and I did have to follow up a couple times. They got it taken care of in the end though, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably buy again if I felt more confident about the sizing next time

I ordered one size and somehow a different one showed up... frustrating, honestly. I was looking forward to using it, but now I have to deal with the hassle of fixing the order.

"Showed up in great shape"
I ordered from Fitment Industries a little while ago, and when the wheels showed up, I was impressed with the packaging. The boxes weren’t beat up at all, and everything had plenty of protection around it. I checked them over as soon as they arrived, and there weren’t any scratches or damage. You can tell they didn’t just rush it or throw everything together. Overall, I’m happy with how the whole thing showed up

Checkout was smooth, smooth for the most part. I did take a minute to double-check the fitment info just to be sure, but the payment and shipping options were easy enough to figure out. No big issues, no big issues at all.

"Wheels arrived right on schedule"
I was a little nervous waiting on the wheels, but the tracking stayed accurate the whole way and they showed up right on time. I did check in with support once, and they basically said, "yep, the tracking is up to date and it's still on schedule," which turned out to be exactly right. Smooth experience overall.

"Really Smooth Experience"
I had a question about wheel fitment before placing my order, so I messaged Fitment Industries late expecting to hear back the next day. They actually got back to me way faster than I thought and didn’t just give me some generic copy-paste response. They looked over the setup I was considering and helped me feel confident about it before I bought anything. Overall it was a super smooth experience, really easy to deal with, and no runaround at all. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Fit fine, but needed a tiny spacer"
The tires fit okay overall, but they were just a little too close for comfort in one spot. I ended up needing a small spacer to get enough clearance. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I noticed the tight gap right away and didn’t want anything rubbing once I started driving. After the spacer, everything lined up much better

I ordered a set of wheels and didn’t expect them to ship out as fast as they did. The tracking kept updating like it should, everything ended up showing up a few days earlier than I thought. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the boxes were beat up when they got here, but the wheels themselves were fine. Overall, it was a good experience and the shipping was solid.
